Worst customer service , Also doctor doesn't do her work properly. Staff has no manners to talk with patient, Staff don't like to hear from patient they are extremely rood.

The worst Doctor I've ever seen, by means of no concerned towards customers i.e. Patients. I think she is only concern that so many patients already registered to her so she is getting her charges so who cares for the patients actually.

Long waiting time even if you have appointment. Rude staff who bypass queue for their walk-in friends over other patients in waiting.

- reports go missing and had to call lab to resent the lab report multiple times. no follow up regarding diagnostic findings. - knowledge is fair/ - some staff are very rude

She has been my family doctor for about 18 years or so. She does not seem to prescribe medication when she feels there are other alternatives that can be used. Overall she seems very dedicated in serving her patients with the utmost care.

she never listens to what i am trying to say and like she never really helps me a lot like i still cant figure out what happened to my heath and like i am struggling to figure out what it is. like doctors are there to help people not go against what there feeling... and they are supposed to help us and help diagnose the problem. what im gonna have to do is try searching up my symptoms online now which i dont really have tome for.

she never refer to specialist until patient get serious illness. I was asking for my kids a pediatrician she never refer me and treat them whatever she has knowledge when my kid got really sick then she referral to pediatrician and that Dr. treated more worse that my kid got a life long disease . I am so upset as I had been mentioning my kid condition long time why she never took it seriously. I am so mad she made my little one life long disease in worse........ we are fighting now for his health. this is my advise when ever you think you need specialist pls ask for a Specialist or change your Dr. this is your life, make wise decision and always see specialist. don't bare a pain our kids are not deserve this. I have learnt a big lesson but too late.

Long waiting , never listen to our problem, always reply by saying you are fine and you don't have any problem. till you don't visit more than 10 times she never refer any specialty if she conform from her self about our seriousness. just concentrating on quantity rather than quality. not a single immigrant do any complain for timing and just bare with all situation. she takes this all advantages and make the money. most of staff is changing time to time and they are rude with most of patient by giving ans. Govt. should make some straight and easy process for all new immigrant and keep some restriction to doctors, as well as keep complain box over there, if they are really wants ot keep eye on infrastructure what govt. talk and try to show to world.
