I was really not pleased with the reception I received. I cancelled all future appointments, but did receive a reminder call on October 11th. I called back to remind the office that I would not be returning for future treatment

Dr. Sheila is such a caring and knowledgeable doctor! She takes great care over her patients treating them as her own family! She always provides the best advice and the most effective treatment for all my medical problems! She is very understanding and is always there to help me through not just my medical problems but when I need someone to trust and share my struggles with!

A special and appropriate note of appreciation, deserves my most sincere thanks and gratitude on behalf of the patients at this juncture to our family physician Dr.Sheila Sivakumar is a privilege and an opportunity on the occasion of the 10th year anniversary of the medical centre which provides medical treatment especially to the patients who visit the centre with the distressed state of mind and anguish without the glimmer of hope. Dr. Sheila Sivakumar is a unique and phenomenal person and also a doctor to diagnose the diseases with the spur of a moment for which she prescribes medication without any hesitation. Unassuming way she has always won the hearts of both young and old regardless of their ages at all times. Really it is a pleasure and a pleasant site to see several occasions that she provides sweets and lollipops to kids with a broad smile.She administers the coworkers and the staff in particular with a diplomatic manner which of course makes the centre, prevails a very pleasant atmosphere and congenial environment. one staff receptionist treats some patients purposely. in one occasion I was waiting 3 hours and 10 minutes after swiped my OHIP card at 9.15 am in one Tuesday walk in clinic day

The doctor and and the staff at the Kennedy clinic are always very polite and devoted to their duties to the large number of patients who attend the family clinic for care and treatment. The clinic is able to respond back to the patients with minimal delays and great satisfaction. I wish the doctor and the staff all success.

I am a senior. This doctor I have is caring towards my needs and any medical attention that arises with me. She does her best to help me with my disability and other health problems I have. Excellent in her field. I would recommend her to all seniors and younger people. She helps you as much as she can. She has not let me done yet. She provides excellent service and her medical office staff is a "10" at doing so also. I would not change this doctor for anyone.

Horrible doctor! There are 30 chairs inside her clinic! I waited for 3 hours just to see her, and she didn't even look at me. She only saw me for 5 minutes. She is a horrible doctor. You are better off going somewhere else. She is just greedy to take in your healthcard. $$$

Dr Sheila is my family physician since 2009. She is very caring & pleasant. She & her staffs make specialist appointment in time.Her clinic is always busy b'coz lots of people likes her.She is very knowledgeable and well experienced. The office manager regulates the clinic in professional way, he doesn't sit and command, he works very hard and ask others to work for the patients as well as to the Dr.The staffs are very and pleasant. Thanks to god that he gave me a good family Dr.

This clinic will be vastly improved if the staff is more attentive and caring towards the patient. They are not mindful, not cooperative and certainly needs to smile more while talking to the visitors and patients.

Dr Sheila is my favorite Family Doctor from 2010. She is knowledgeable, Professional, Experienced, present and Hard working Doctor. Her spacious office having the necessary facilities such as visiting specialist, laboratory work and the pharmacy which help me to save time and finish all my medical work at the same place. Her clinic always busy because patients like her very much. Unfortunately she is full- not taking new patients. Her staff are very talented, know what to do and they are perfect. She solve all of my family health problems and fortunate to have this doctor. Thank you very much doctor. Thank god to have a nice Doctor for me and our community.

Dr Sheila Has been my Doctor for 5 years.She is wonderfull.She and her staff are very talented to get specialist appointment in time.also they know all of my family members by name and friendly.It makes an excelent relationship. She is my favourite Doctor from 2008 .she is very plesent ,hardworking ,patient oriented ,caring,without any hesitation listn all of my complains in one vist with cool and calm face.she does all of her work to my satisfication and she her self methodical and very experinced doctor.Her clinic allways bussy because patients like her very much.
