The staff is just as caring and helpful as Dr. Jose is. I went looking for a new GP when I moved to Scarborough, and it seems I found the gold-standard. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jose has been my family doctor since I was 6 years old, so 18 years now. He's always been very helpful and caring. I'm surprised by the comments stating that he wants you in and out as quickly as possible, maybe you came during flu shot season. He does not always follow up on patient outcomes, however, that part of a patient's responsibility as well. Tracey, the receptionist is FANTASTIC.

I have known Dr. Jose since his days at the Kingston Clinic. He is a caring professional who listens to his patients concerns. Now that he is in private practice, my son is in his care. I would recommend Dr. Jose as a family physician.

Totally love his receptionist Tracy. She really knows what is going on. Even when he does not. She's very helpful and kind. When he is not. I like her attitude.

Does not properly follow-up on patient outcomes, too busy I guess. Doesn't listen to what the patient is saying. Wants you in and out as quickly as possible so he can see the next patient
