Dr.Manasseh was very rude to me, she called me and I'm not her patient, says she was helping out as front desk staff were on lunch, about a sensitive issue and decided to inform me about some paper work I dropped off she spoke to me like I was a child, she spoke down to me and this was out first interaction, she ended the conversation by saying they'll shred my papers if I didn't want it filled out by them. Extremely disrespectful and rude, note if you have paperwork to fill out be warned on how they deal with people at this office and ask all the questions before you leave the office. She works in Brampton.

Best Doctor I have met in Canada.Very sincere, dedicated, caring and have thorough knowledge about her patients. Ensure Follow up is done and the staff is so nice and so welcoming clinic..

After being mistreated, i left my family Dr. and immediately signed up with Dr. Manasseh after hearing nothing but amazing things about her and her entire practice. I have not been disappointed yet! In my first appointment she listened and addressed every issue i had, wrote referrals & prescriptions (that WORK!)and booked follow up appointments. There was no wait time, i was seen at my actual appointment time, everytime i've gone to see her. I've even referred friends to her and they are very happy! The office's waiting, reception and exam areas are spotless and very beautifully decorated; her office is well lit and inviting. The staff are all friendly, detailed, humorous and quick. And they all remember your name each time you visit. I've seen and heard them personally address many patients as they've walked in the door, myself included. I would definetely recommend Dr. Manasseh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and thorough Dr. She is the one!

not happy with how I'm being treated about a very sensitive issues , once i have finished my business with her i will be finding a new family doctor. not at all caring when it comes down to it.

There is no staff? Dr. Manasseh's office would be more efficient if her phones were answered and appointments made properly. I waited over a month for a referral appointment only to find out that "her staff" misplaced or lost the referral. Sadly I have gone somewhere else as they showed little interest in getting me an appointment.

Dr. Petrona Manasseh in Brampton,Ontario is a fabulous Doctor.You are very lucky to have her as your family physician.Her staff is also outstanding!!! In todays world it's rare to find someone like her that lisens, takes her time and works so hard to target the best treatment needed for your health concerns. God bless Dr.Petrona Manasseh .
