Waited in ER for 3 hours with an eye infection and probable cornea scratch. This doctor didn't use hygiene and told me I was fine and to wash with my eye with water?? after having this becoming increasingly bad in the last few days. I suggested an antibiotic and he didn't give it to me. Highly unprofessional and quite useless especially when it comes to general health issues. I will see my eye doctor tomorrow. Sad our country doesn't give a damn about patients in ER
