While Dr.Sana Rahman is among the best I have ever consulted, having lived in 3 continents, the support provided by the staff, at Milliken medical center,hopefully, will be, the worst I will have to ever deal with, especially over the phone. Whenever I call to check the doctor, about her availability, I have the same answer first,'...can I put you on hold..." and even before waiting for my reply, I am always put on hold for more than 3 minutes! The staff need to be trained to speak to people politely, putting them first before their own activities at the clinic. Otherwise, customers will wait for the first opportunity to follow thir doctor to wherever else she may be providing her services, at the first possible opportunity given to them! Thank you for allowing me to give my, hopefully, a positive feedback to take with you, wherever you may set up your own practice. I wish you all the best, Vincent

She may be young but she certainly knows her stuff. Her level of confidence yet humbleness says alot.
