A very caring doctor. 2 hrs waiting time usually even with a booked appointment. But he takes his time and very thorough in explanations. Well worth the time spent at the clinic because you know you will be in good hands

Doctor itself is excellent!Only, everytime takes at least 4 hours+ waiting. Even have booked appointment. Must get 1 whole day off to be able to see a doctor. If only gets half day off, you won't be able to see Dr. Billy Kwong for sure! Unless go see walk-in clinic instead.
