I just met Dr Asano and I loved her from the start. She has a great way of putting one at ease. She was thorough in explaining what was happening to me, why it was happening and went to great detail as to how we were going to fix it. I left her office completely secure in the knowledge that I was in good hands. Her confidence is infectious. Her assistant, on the other hand, is rude. I was the first appointment and he opened the office, walked in and shut the door on me! Even though he knew I was there! His desk is a sloppy, disorganized nightmare which doesn't instill confidence in his office managerial skills.
