Does not know his limits. Did not get my daughter a physiatrist when she needed one. Tried to councel her himself which is fine, but when things didnt improve, he continued for far to long. He was very dismissive of her problems. When she told me I couldnt see him acting that way. I went with her to her next app no one in our family has gone back to him. Iwas shocked the way he talked to her. His methods werent working, so it was her fault.

Dr.Penney is extremely Punctuality, very caring & most helpful of all of His Patients Doctors. He is the most knowledge Physician of any that I have ever known. The staff are amazing as well.

Dr. Penney is most helpful and caring. Not thorough enough with annual physicals is only downside.
