absolutely unprofessional and takes a highly disrespectful approach to patients. be it poor conduct during appointments, forgetfulness, refusal to get on the phone to correct a mistake, or outright rude behaviour - this doctor shows incompetence in all aspects of the job. She does not hesitate to take advantage of a patient's reliance on her. This doctor's assistance should be a last resort.
