Wait times are sometimes long but he cares and does not rush his patients out the door. Best doctor I have ever had. I drive a long way to continue to have him as my doctor. Very knowledgeable and offers alternatives. Love him!!

Several patients seem to be scheduled for the same time slot. The wait averages close to an hour, bring something to occupy yourself. The treatment is very thorough and to the point. Had Dr. Child for ten satisfactory years now.

DR. Child was recommended by my brother, and has been a great doctor, very professional, and direct to the point. He is very thorough and has a great personality. He is also my two daughters family doctor, and is well respected. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor. The only drawback is that he seems to be so popular, that there is usually a substantial wait time in the office, before you get to see him.

DR CHILD IS FANTASTIC- HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO LISTEN AND HELP- HOWEVER IS STARTING TO GET A LITTLE TO BUSY..BUT FROM A PHYSCIAN PERSPECTIVE HE IS WONDERFUL

Dr. Child gave me extremely potent narcotics (40mg Oxcontin) for an extended period of time after I broke my legs and eventually I became addicted to them. After an extended period of time (several years of receiving 90 of them a month) I started to abuse them and he cut me off cold turkey when he found out, refusing to see me again as a patient, stating that the doctor - patient trust was no longer there. I became extremely ill as a result of him stopping my medication and had to revert to the Methadone program at a clinic in St. Catharines where I am treated like I am the dirt on the bottom of someones foot. I was his patient from the day he first started practice in St. Catharines and over time he changed from helpful to extremely arrogant. I could not find a family doctor for a long time and even made a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons because he can not pick and choose his patients based on a disability. Drug addiction is a disability under the Canadian and Ontario Human Rights Act. He thought he was above this legislation. I do not recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Jeremy Childs has been my family’s physician for the past 16 years. He has always taken the time to treat every symptom and question with concern and care. Dr. Child answers your questions with a pleasant attitude and genuine concern. His knowledge base is high and he quickly refers you to the best when it’s outside of his scope. His practice is very professional and all the staff is pleasant to deal with. I have referred friends to him with high recommendations and there all very please and they said they owe me big time! I LOVE him!!!so great. Its not easy finding a doctor, especially one this good.

Dr. Child treats my entire family, we are all very pleased with him, as well as, his entire office/clinic staff. He is very thorough and even if he doesn't think you have something, he will always take the safe route and scan for everything. He puts you at ease no matter the condition/symptoms/diagnosis you've come to him with and you can always count on a timely resolution to the ailment you face.
