PROs: I do like the fact that Kim does not shy away from sending he clients to a "Specialist", it actually saved my life. She has a great sense of humour and it not a stuffed shirt and talks to us in actual human terms. CONs: Kim could really use a calculator in her everyday practice, I guess that is why it is called a "practice" since she is still practicing her math skills, lol. I also wish that when her clients have issues from the office staff that she would actually listen to her clients instead of getting nasty and accusing her client of treating the office staff improperly, it is not always the clients with the attitude issues. The remaining staff are absolutely amazing, keep up the great work goes out to the nurses and others who do not have a personality disorder. Other than that, Kim is a wonderful person and a up an coming great doctor, she just needs to slow down and try not to rush so many clients through the office each day. We all understand that there are some individuals out there who are your clients that are plainly not nice people and think that it is all about them and no one else matters. It is those who make it very difficult for the staff and yourself to be pleasant and not stress 100% of every day, you all have a difficult job, we all understand, There has to be some way to make it better for all. Keep working on those math skills.

The wait to see the doctor may be long but once you get in to see her - she is completely present with you and your situation - you never feel rushed out - compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable - exactly what I want in a doctor - the best one I have had yet!
