I waited 40 mins. after my scheduled appt. time in order to see her, then spent 10 mins in my appt. with her. We covered more than each of us likely intended, which meant that I was able to cancel our next appt., but she then blamed me for making her a half-hour late, which was untrue. Her manner was abrupt and dismissive.

I tried going to ther on more than one oocasion for transgender care, and help for her to find me a doctor. Her reply was " I wrote you the referal". Turth is I asked for that referal and it went no where, wen in again asking for help to get started and she walked out on me while I was talking to her. She said she would talk to her colleagues and get back in two weeks. its been about 10 months no call back like she claimed and I had to struggle to get help by myself.

She is very relunctant to refer to a specialist. Have to argue with her. Also refused x-rays of hip saying just your arthritis. Waited another year, got x-rays, then had to argue to see a specialist, finally succeed, only to have her say, specialist won't call. He called in 13 days saying both hips need replaced.

As others have mentioned, punctuality is sometimes not a strong point, but when she is with you and you need discuss multiple problems, she will always spend the time to address them. She respect my opinion on matters, as she realizes those of us with chronic illnesses often know our bodies better than anyone else. Her knowledge is what I expect of General Practitioner. When I have a problem that is more advanced, she does the right thing and provides me with a referral to a specialist. I do feel that when I see her, she is doing what is best for my health always. If that requires me taking time off work, she won't hesitate in writing my a note for it. Bottom line, I am happy to have switched to her when I moved in the general area and despite moving further away, I don't mind making the extra drive so I can maintain the rapport we have built together over all these years!

Dr. Ranjith has been caring for my sometimes complex medical issues for nine years now and I would recommend her to anyone. She is always behind in her office but when I need extra time at my appointment, I then understand why.

I find Dr. Ranjith rushes through her appointments. Also I have requested to see a specialist and she flat out refused 2 times. She is an ok doctor but I am not sure I would recommend her
