HORRIBLE!! This "doctor" and his staff are not qualified to be in practice! Stay away! Your time is not respected by them. Wait time is at least 1 hour past booked appointments. Doctor Dhalla does not listening to patient complaints about health concerns.

His best staff person left. Asked him to sign a form for my child to get orthotics and he put it on their chart documenting as an office visit but they were not there. Is not attentive to patients.

an hour wait after scheduled appt time, no apology - would be interesting if he would see his patients if they showed up late. asked me a question but when I began answering made feel I was taking too long. instead of giving professional advise - he asks me what he should do, if I could self-diagnose myself, I wouldnt need to spend over an hour in his waiting room to see him so he can claim himself to be my doctor to OHIP.

worse Dr I have ever had. Told me to get blood work done as soon as I left his office, but he put fasting on the form, lovely! And thats just the latest thing.

I am 57 years old and this is the worst doctor in my experience. Any high ratings seen on this site were probably submitted by himself. Uncaring, unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

Sick of being yelled at by staff on the phone do you think you are the only one that waits for forms to be filled out,or to be told you must realize you are just getting old deal with it.Sad that i stayed as long as i did but follow me move on their are other better doctors out there that will be polite to you regardless of you age and look at you when your talking to him instead of putting your stuff in his computer so he can hurry on to the next person.Never meet a person as rude as him. HAPPY NOW.
