I was so not impressed. He took one look at me and made all sorts of assumptions that were so wrong. I did not find him at all helpful. It was all about him. Even for surgeons, I found him pompous and self-centered. It was all about his reputation, not about helping me.

He is a extremely busy man, but he is so good at what he does. I find him to be straighforward, and honest in his answers. It will be a sad day when he retires.
