Dr Katsumo, while a "nice and popular physician" sadly does not emphasize "life style" effects and changes on such ailments as diabetes, etc. (A strong negative, perhaps even a dis-service.) Focus on therapies (reactive) and "pills" and tests. Office visits tend to be (too?) brief, with few explanations or possible interpretations. Support staff - while promising "call backs" - leaves ya waiting and waiting until (after sufficient time) - you end-up calling yourself to "see what's going on."
