I find the front end staff to be rude and condescending whether on the phone or face-to face. On the other hand, Dr. Mulloy and his nursing staff are wonderful, caring, attentive and up-to-date - once you get to see them. My biggest complaint is waiting weeks and weeks for an appointment; they make no allowance for urgent issues, so often, rather than seeing your primary care physician, you have to go to a stranger in a clinic. And once you finally GET an appointment, you can end up waiting up to 2 hours to see the doctor.

Slow to be seen and takes months when scheduling an appointment even when serious health issue. Better to go to clinic.

You may wait for Dr. Mulloy but he does not rush your visit. He has great diagnostic skills and is on top of all test results. He genuinely cares for his patients. He caught a bowel tumor by insisting I have a scope because my red blood cells were low and all other tests were fine. In two days I had the test and see a specialist tomorrow for surgery. He just may have saved my life!

Best caregiver I have ever had. He listens and sends you for tests or gives you a referral for specialists. He is always up on new medical technology. He gives patients that extra time and that is why he is behind with his appointments. That's okay with me especially when he spends extra time with me. Great physician.

always willing to refer for any medical problem...tests are addressed as you are to make your own appt for the results....appt usually available even if urgent...very easy to communicate with.....cares about his patients....no negative comments toward him as a physician
