I 've had Dr. Boissonneault since she started her practice in Sudbury. I'm 65 years old and she is the BEST doctor I ever had. I would give her a 10 if there was one. I have so much respect for her. Her staff is awesome also.

Ive had a few doctors throughout my life and I can safely say that dr Boissonnault is a rare gem in this day and age. Great knowledge, genuine care for her patients and a passion for her profession.

Difficult to get through her line. Was in Hospital for 11 days and wife tried to call to schedule an app that hospital recommended and cancel the one a few days after i was released from hospital. Had an infection on stomach that was left untreated at our initial app!

staff do not answer phones and are rude when they do. I like the doctor but her staff does not compliment her.

Dedicated doctor, that doesn't rush you out. Even with a power shortage, she continued to see her clients in the dark!

Staff never answer the phone - it rings and rings and you have to call back again and again, all you hear is recordings or they hang up on you. Not very helpful, lose things, reports, paperwork, very hard to make appointments too!

Excellent doctor. Takes the time to examine you, she's very thorough. Good bed side manner. She calls you at home for results on tests. I'm very thankful to have her as my doctor.
