My previous doctor passed and I was fortunate to get Dr.McFarlane. He is a God send. Amazing man, doctor and very caring and actually listens. A true professional. Dr. Mcfarlane is a very caring person and always makes time to listen to my medical concerns. Some of he office staff however can be very rude and are not or do they wish to be helpful in any way. I myself work in a Dr's office and have never treated anyone in the fashion that some of their office staff treat people in person or on the phone.

Dr Mcfarlane is by far the best dr that I have had in my life. He is compassionate and listens to my concerns instead of rushing me out of the room like my previous family doctor. I recommend Dr Mcfarlane to anyone in need of a family doctor. Also I have never waited long before being called in for my appointment.
