Doctor's staff are bullies, they screw up on my scheduled time and tried slapping me with a cancellation fee at their screw up? The when I explained this to his reception then his staff sounded like a collections department? The Doctor allows this sort of treatment to his patients???

I find Dr Cheah to be great, but there is one member of the front-desk staff who is very unfriendly - every visit! I guess she hates her job. She should leave.
