He was there when I needed him. A hurried fellow but a doctor none the less, which are becoming far and few between. Thanks Dr Lower for kicking my a** to get those tests done!

doesn't appear to listen to you ...seems to want you to say your issue ...diagnose in a hurry and get you out of his office...the patient rooms are cold,do not seem really clean. Not the most comforting man, seems distracted and rushed.
