When I first became a type 1 diabetic and I got Dr. Dhurjon as my specialist I was told things by different people. One person who works in the field said I was lucky to have him he was the BEST of the best and he was RIGHT. When I had a a T1D complication unrelated to my vision he still increased my visits to be extra cautious. When an issue unrelated to my T1D occurred that left me in excruciating pain,almost completely blind and totally photophobic which could have been permanent if not cared for properly he saw me weekly till I was better; after the hospital did nothing and neither did the on call doctor because of the long weekend.( I had to go to the ER first where they his office was closed for the holiday already.) Dr. Dhurjon knew what it was immediately unlike all the other exams I'd had by other doctors and he was the only one who offered a solution which started to work right away. It took time to heal but if it was not for Dr. Dhurjon I would probably be blind right now and still in such awful pain too I bet. Instead I may only need minor day surgery someday when I'm older. I could never thank him and his wonderful staff enough for getting me through that. He has done surgery on two of my older relatives too and they loved them him to. He had a Great bedside manner with my grandmother who was in her late 80's when they decided she should have surgery. He is an amazing doctor and has an awesome staff who will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. I'm grateful to him and his staff for their kindness too. He truly is the best. If you have a complicated problem or issue he is absolutely the doctor you want on your side.

You have to wait 1-3hours for him. Very busy man but he knows his stuff. He is efficient skilled and very talented. No chit chat just the facts. His skill restored my vision and gave me a new lease on life. If you have eye problems he is worth the wait.

i was terrified to have cataract surgery and then to have a toric lens put in each eye but Dr. Dhurjon eased my worries, was very patient with me and talked me through the procedure; yes, i was hurting and scared but the second time around, i was much better; he is one awesome doctor... and the same goes for his surgical team and office staff. miigwech to Dr. Dhurjon...
