Dr. Le Francois is great. Her staff should be fired. Though my doctor was referred to her as urgent, the staff refued to acknowledge that and I had to fight to get an appointment. The referring doctor wrote twice and called before we could get an appointment. 5 months and 3 weeks after my daughters first symptoms, we finally saw Dr. Le Francois who immediately diagnosed her with a condition that is considered emergent in the first six months, difficult to treat after that and after nine months without treatment becomes virtually untreatable resulting in a lifetime of chronic pain and limited use of the extremity. Hopefully it was caught in time but if it was up to her staff, my daughter would not have been seen for at least 7 months on a non-urgent basis. When I wrote a letter to the doctor to complain about the inability to get an urgent appointment, the office manager called me and read me the riot act on bullying staff. Fortunately I had put everything in writing so it was clear that I was not "bullying".

week now after surgery at home I still don't know what she did under my cast left the building right after she did someone else.

If there was ever a Dr.who had everything you hoped for in one package, make this Dr.your Dr! I have been so impressed with her knowledge,how she fully explains what is going on with my situation,her bedside manner is second to none,and she puts her patients first. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a great orthopedic surgeon !
