If this is the same Dr. Troy Tabbenham that is at PRCH, I can truly say that he is the best ER Dr I've ever met. He is friendly, AMAZING with children and a Great Dr.

Dr. Tebbenham works under a great deal of pressure handling tight deadlines, multiple demands and competing priorities. With his diagnostic skills, initiative, strong work ethic and thoroughness, he orchestrated saving my Aunt's arm from amputation. Dr. Tebbenham's excellant people skills were an added bonus. No words can thank him enough :) ljm
