when you have to make an appointment for every little thing, connected or not, and travel 30km I think he could discuss more than one thing and be a little more caring.

I had Dr. Toppin for a family physician , since my daughter was born,23yrs now. He is a very caring and compassionate man. If he doesn't know the answer to a problem, then he will send you to someone who does!! Very good at what he does! Maureen is awesome!!

Dr. Toppin is genuinely sympathetic to his patient's needs. He won't pretend to know something; if he can't figure somethign out, he'll say so and refer you to someone with more knowledge. I do wish I could talk to him about more than one issue at a time; it makes no sense to me to have to book multiple appointments when I've got issues all going on at once.

Very good family practictioner: helpful, honest, dependable. He gets through patients about as quickly as I've ever experienced; still, I do always have to wait, at least a few minutes, before I can go in. All in all, a visit to Dr. Topin's office isn't ever much of a chore.
