I found Ms. Williams to be rude, judgmental and overall non helpful and non sympathetic. She insinuated that I was being untruthful with her and I felt she did not take the time to inform herself as to my existing medical conditions. I found her to be insensitive and unhelpful in finding solutions to my medical problems.

She is rude and not very knowledgable. When she doesn't know an answer she lies and/or gets defensive. Relies on her laptop as primary diagnostic and prescribing tool.

Dr. Williams is extremely caring and does everything to solve her patient's problem/s. She has been my family doctor for just about four months, but my wife and I are already very happy to have her as our doctor!
