I miss the Tillsonburg family Physicians! I moved to Barrie area and have yet to find a Doctor. Doctor Holowachuk is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Thorough, professional and personable. If you are lucky enough to have him as your doc-keep him no matter how far you move away!

In 2010 when I was 31 yrs old I was seen by Dr. Holowachuk in the Tillsonburg ER as I had been having pain and discomfort in my lower abdomen. (I made an apt with my family doctor but couldn't get in for a month) Dr. Holowachuk was very kind and caring and thorough. He was able to get me in for an ultra sound 2 days later. He then called me with the results and recommended that I have CTscan, (that he arranged) see a specialist and get into my family doctor asap. Before I knew it I was having surgery. I was diagnosed with Cancer - a germ cell tumor. I am now almost 5 years cancer free and I feel I have Dr. Holowachuk to thank for this! He was thorough and prompt with my care and I am very grateful to him for that. I have called his office since to see if he is taking patients and unfortunately he is not.....

I really was blessed to find Dr. Holowachuk. He is extremely kind and caring and you do not have to wait weeks to get an appointment, which is a very big bonus in my books.

Dr. Holowachuk is an excellent doctor. He is very friendly, helpful, caring and always has your best interest at heart. He's very honest & professional and has a great sense of humour which I really like. The only thing that could be improved which is not a fault of the doctor's is the front desk staff. They are extremely rude & unprofessional! Other than that patient satisfactory would be 100%.
