Very difficult to contact. Mostly when you telephone the call desk will KNOWINGLY put you through to an empty office and let it ring. I know because I have gone there despairingly and been told she is not in today. This has happenned many times so folks who say she is punctual must live on a different time zone.I guess she is qualified so asking us to judge that is stupid. I explained my infection and recieved a prescription - what do I know. She was plesant to me but never explained how I would know when the infection was clear? I should find someone easier to communicate with.

After 3 years we thought highly of her but things have changed she won't do anything extra for my wife's diarrhea and she had my drivers licence suspended because I'm age 79 and fall down often. She has cancelled our appointments twice because she felt sick and went home.

Dr Caperchione is a wonderful Doctor. You will never find a more caring doctor. She was my Dr in Chatham and I miss having her as my Dr so much. Our loss is you gain, I hope the people of Tillsonburg know how fortunate they are to have her!
