Terrible service! Dr. Choong had me waiting for a very long time and when he finally walked in he didn't say a word and just looked at me with boredom and I had to ask him to show him my symptoms. He seemed so disinterested and was in a rush to leave. He said he "had no idea" what was wrong and started giving me vague directions to another doctor using hand gestures to point out street names. I asked him for a referral and he left the room abruptly without another word. He came back in after printing a very general referral from the computer and just handed it to me. That was my goodbye I suppose. Just awful service and made me feel like such a burden when I was already vulnerable. I think it may be time for Dr. Albert Choong to consider retirement soon. All of his good review are from several years ago.
