While Dr. Smitheringale was a complete delight, I agree with the other poster that the front desk staffer was extremely cold. Though I understand the point, she even has three signs up telling clients not to bother her if she's busy or on the phone (and no eating or drinking or using your phone in the waiting room). Valid requests, but they come across as rude and condescending.

Staff is not polite during phone conversation. A cheerful and accomodating staff should be in the front desk to make patient more comfortable. The doctor is excellent and very kind.
