Not only is Dr. Lustig an outstanding psychiatrist but also an exemplary human being. The medical profession has too few doctors who have the qualities he possesses - empathy, patience, wisdom, compassion and the ability to listen AND hear what is being communicated. Brought a client to see Dr. Lustig. he was extraordinary! He showed interest in client's perspectives and did not impose his own views. he was experienced by client as highly skilled and respectful, something she hadn't experienced before in the medical profession. becuase of this, we were able to talk about her difficulties in ways that were not possible before.
