Dr. Ralph-Edwards and his assistant Ana are both caring, responsive and compassionate. Dr. Ralph-Edwards is an amazing surgeon.His skills and knowledge are at the highest level imaginable, including follow-up post surgery. And he answers questions in plain English. We are lucky to have him in Toronto.

This doctor is alright but this doctor's secretary Anna is very rude,coarse, disrespectful,and has a vile temper. I had heard her being rude to other coworkers and over the telephone. It's a shame to have a health professional represented by such an employee.
