Dr. Long is Fantastic. Very knowledgeable. He has alot of patients and only 1 (ONE) Receptionist so please be Patient when phoning or in the waiting room, no punn intended.

Complete satisfaction with treatment received from Dr. Long. Unfortunately his staff don't know how to pick up a phone. But, Im finding this with most doctors offices.

Needs to speak a little louder and speak directly to patient and not look away. Otherwise great doctor. Staff could be better at picking up the phone and returning calls
