Chose her as my family doctor when having my first baby. She dropped the ball on numerous tests. When I called her to make an appointment as her office was not calling me, her comment when she saw me was "Well i'm glad it stayed in there". I saw her for the first appointment after the birth, she left me sitting in her office for 1/2 and hour as a nurse was supposed to come in and see me - no one showed. I found another GP for my baby and received a voice message from Dr. Jackson asking how my baby was. Then another voice message a few days later, stating if I didn't call her back she was due to call CAS to report me! Worst doctor and bedside manner ever!

Since missing a difficult but serious Dx in 2006, Dr. Jackson has been helpful and supportive in her medical Tx.
