Dr Cha is a caring doctor who takes his time and talks to his patients. The wait time is variable anywhere from 0 min to 30 min on average. Sometimes I'm early for my appointments and am seen right away.

Dr. Cha is highly knowledgeable and competent. He is determined to provide the best healthcare service possible. He is extremely cautious and follows a strict regime of methodical gradualism in treatment. He would likely not function well in situations of urgent emergency, when speed and aggressive treatment were necessary.
