Thought he was arrogant, walked from office to office in his blazer, dress pants and nice shoes, didn't really address a particular problem I was there for, just addressed the symptoms. Treated us like children rather than educated adults. We felt more like part of an assembly line too. His recommendations ended up prolonging the pain I was there for. When I stopped doing what he suggested, the pain and symptoms were reduced. Interesting and disappointing. It took from 11:00am until 4:30 pm for me and a friend to make the trip, for almost nothing. At least, his staff were pleasant and professional. Their efforts showed that one possible cause for the symptoms could be ruled out. Good luck.

My appt. was for 8:30, I waited 2 1/2 hrs to see him, and he was very rude... I cannot believe he is a professor at U of T.. And his secretary was very rude and negative atmosphere,, the office has no professionalism,, very disappointed that I wasted my time.
