Our son was Dr. Rakoff's patient. Over the time our son went for therapy, he complained he wasn't getting anything out of his time spent with Dr. Rakoff. We rarely had contact with Dr. Rakoff so we figured it was just a child who was reticent to participate in therapy. Over the last few months our son has been coming home with some very strange and unhelpful suggestions from Dr. Rakoff. We spoke with Dr. Rakoff and were shocked to learn he had such a poor understanding of our son and some of the issues he was there to work through. Dr. Rakoff should not be seeing patients for psychotherapy he is such a poor practitioner.

Great Doctor, got to the root of my issues within a very short time period. Cares and is insightful. He has truly helped me with many issues and I continue to see him with some on going issues. I highly recommend him.
