Extremely poor level of professional conduct. Reception staff lack people skills. Very difficult to communicate with staff and doctor. Never had such a bad experience. Also found unethical that they push patients to purchase cpaps from a specific store and likely have conflict of interest.

Very unprofessional. If your test results are negative, he can be nasty, rude, condescending & insulting. Prepare to hear hurtful comments.... or find a good doctor elsewhere.
