After waiting 2 months for an appointment, I arrived on time and waited over an hour and a half to meet with him, eventually having to leave. The only reason i'm posting this review is 4 other people also left without meeting the doctor after waiting unacceptably long. I got the sense that this level of overbooking was a standard practice.

very thorough, has 30 yrs in the business, tells you exactly what to expect, gives you options. He has a straight forward yet empathetic approach and doesn't minimize your issues. If something bothers you, he deals with it. Makes suggestions but also says you can take your time deciding between options. His receptionist is really friendly so she puts you at ease right from the first appointment.
