Staff was unempathetic and rude seems more like a business than people concerned about health and assisting others with health concerns...didn't even get into see the doctor so I'm not really sure how she is

Dr. Lorde has replaced my regular GP on two mat leaves in the last few years. While I love my GP, i find that Dr. Lorde lacks some qualities I find important in a doctor. In particular, I find that Dr. Lorde appears uncomfortable addressing issues of women's health or sexual health. For instance, on one occassion I requested an STI test and Dr. Lorde giggled and asked me "Why?" (Not in an "are you concerned you have an STI?" kind of way, but more of a "that is so silly" kind of way). On another ocassion she was visibly uncomfortable addressing a reproductive organ-related question. As a young woman, I need a doctor who is not afraid to think about or treat my nether regions.
