Is Dr. Aboujamra aware of an enzyme, called "meat glue," which is used to bind scraps of meat, to create a piece of meat, which looks like a prime cut? This preparation can be made from the blood of pigs. Eating such products likely causes bad inflammation and can be a health concern. Just a tip
