Dr. Howell is extremely punctual. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two. Add to this she is a knowledgeable and caring physician.

She may not run on time, but she takes whatever time needed by each patient. She never rushes an appointment. She shows genuine caring for patients! She also seems up-to-date on evrything I've brought forth.
