Dr. Fiala is a remarkable doctor, who remains current with medical procedures & medicaitons. He listens to his patients,and makes us feel important. If a referral is required, he will do so quickly and will book follow-up appointments. He has a great sense of humor, very welcome when feeling ill.

Dr. Fiala has been my doctor for about 17 years. When I need a emergency appointment he and the staff always fit me in! The staff is professional and caring while Dr Fiala is truly a wonderful doctor and person. He does not spend a great deal of time chatting about the weather but rather gets down to the medical issue and looks for solutions whether it be medication or a referral to a specialist. I think he is a great doctor in an age where they are hard to come by! Yes he has a lot of patients but he takes care of each of them. I think some patients believe a doctor needs to spend an extensive time talking about a health problem, however, as a busy professional, I am happy with simply a solution!

His office seems like an overcrowded patient mill. He rushes through your appointment, almost seems annoyed if it takes more than 10 minutes. Follow ups don't happen often. He will prescribe medication right away. If you are sad...antidepressants. Even samples of new medications (probably gets kick backs) The good thing is he seems to be connected to specialists. But other than that he is a modern day drug dealer. Don't mean to be hurtful but I have gotten so many pills from him that I refuse to use its uncanny.

Dr. Fiala is a real businessman before he is a doctor. He only seems to care about the profit but not the patient itself. He is quick to prescribe medication even when not needed. He never discusses the results of the tests and when asked he brushes me off saying that all is good.I don't even feel like engaging in further conversation with him not to 'bother' him. He is far from caring and pleasant. He even laughed once when I described the side effects of the medication he prescribed me.I found that very ignorant, especially, coming from the doctor. I am not satisfied with Dr. Fiala at all and I am currently looking for another doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fiala's for 40 years and he has always been the most caring and thorough doctor. He always has the most up to date equipment, and is very current when talking about treatment. I always feel taken care of.

Totally disregarded my issues, recommended me to his wife (skin specialist) when I needed an oncologist. I felt neglected an unimportant each time I was in his office.

I lived out of the country for 10 years and was frightened that I couldn't become a regular patient again. Brilliant man, well organized, eager to find solutions through himself or specialists. Couldn't recommend him or his staff better. I also hope he doesn't retire. And remember, his wife is also a skin specialist in the same building. Very handy.

He's been my doctor for over 10 years. On my first visit I casually mentioned my girlfriend didn't like my snoring and the next thing I know I was at a sleep clinic. Great doctor.
