Downar was very interested in talking about how amazing he thinks he is. He could come across as charming, but he was not caring. Probably actually the least caring doctor I have ever had, which is unfortunate because he is a psychiatrist. The staff were great.

The absolute most narcissistic, arrogant doctor I have ever met. Not only that, but [his] practice in general in terms of his staff and his absolute lack of consistency in providing accurate or at least "sticking to the story" information wise.

Examplar doctor. Caring, inspiring, and provided hope at a time when I was depleted of hope. His clinic is extremely efficient and staff are as wonderful as Dr. Downar. I feel extremely fortunate to be in his care.
