I've been a patient of Dr Kennedy's for close to 20 years and she sees both me and my son. She is empathetic, caring and takes the time to answer my questions. She is often behind schedule, but that's because she gives every patient the time they need, so I plan for it and know that when its my turn she will give me that same caring attention. I highly respect and like her.

The receptionist at this clinic has caused me so much grief. She is very RUDE and has interfered with my ability to get help and support from my doctor. The last thing that happened was when attempting to see my doctor she placed me 4 weeks from my call! I am dealing with a number of health issues and this was vindictive and very cruel. She does not belong in a health care environment!

Dr. Kennedy is great ...have had her as my family doctor for over 20 years....I have no problem with wait time ..that as par for visiting doctors....it's not like we've at Starbucks waiting for our coffee and expect to. Be pushed along in a line...

She is great....punctuality is hard for a doctor to estimate as you never know long someone will be in the visit....so a little unfair to ask that

My entire family goes to this office and I have been going to her ever since I outgrew my pediatrician. She is very helpful and great once you get inside of the office however she is extremely busy and the office is almost never running on time. Usually you can expect a 20-30 minute delay whenever you have an appointment with her. Furthermore her staff is very polite when you get there however it is nearly impossible to get through to them via phone.

I've been seeing Dr. Kennedy for over 10 years now. She now sees my children as well. I love her! She's knowledgable, and practical. She gives real life advice. And being a mother herself, I trust her judgement completely. She's helped me with SO many things.

Dr.Kennedy actually listens to her patients. She does have tons of knowledge. She is capable of many complex and complicated things. The staff service 3 Doctors, not 1. Her office runs a close to on-time as possible. No Doctor's office ever runs 100% on time.

She is fine for the day to day stuff (flu) but anything more complicated and she fails badly. She isn't up to date on information or resources. Her staff can be rude and unhelpful. Overall she and the clinic are out dated and need educational upgrading
