Dr. Kargel is, in my opinion, the best in his field. I first met him when I had a respiratory emergency after surgery. He was the on-call doctor . I had a follow-up appointment a couple of weeks later. He had suspicions about a few things and ordered a battery of tests and consultation with a cardiologist. He discovered a problem and set me up with appropriate treatment, with a couple of years follow-up. I can't recommend this wonderful, caring man enough.
