Dr. Aarts is a fantastic surgeon. Cares deeply about her patients and just so down to earth. My sweetie was there during one of her rounds and after being so amazing when introducing...she said Hi I'm Mary-Anne, I have never seen or had one of my doctors do that before. Such a great lady. This was also the least painful surgery I have ever had, and it was a big one.

Dr Aarts neglected to inform me about aftercare and length of recovery. I was not informed at any point that my recovery from surgery could take up to 4 months with daily care from homecare nurses. If you are going to see Dr. Aarts I would recommend reading up on your illness/surgery first and asking a lot of question prior to your surgery.

After surgery I had to ask if I had surgery. Very little pain and quick recovery.
