Dr. Farrugia is very capable although. She is often rushed, does not have time for many questions, and does not suffer fools lightly. Her staff is likely overworked and her secretary (not Felicity, the other one) is crabby and has horrible over the phone manner. If you don't care about bedside manner, Dr. Farrugia is fine. If you are looking for a kind, fuzzy, experience, look elsewhere in the OPG building

Staff never return calls nor do they submit requisition for ultrasound etc when they say they would do so.
