Dr. West spends more time on the phone or chit chatting with colleagues than attending to patients. He told me I didn't have a fracture and then finally upon my insistence that something was wrong, an x-ray was ordered and revealed that I did in fact have a fracture. I ask specific questions relating to my concerns and his response is "I don't know" full stop. He doesn't say he will look into it, discuss with colleagues or research, just that he doesn't know. As a result, I have gone back to my family doctor to consult with a more knowledgeable Orthopedic physician.
