I was in TTC Bus Accident and I was referred to see Dr. Paupst who has been incredibly focused on my problems for the past nine years. She had a great approach with an unlimited way of interacting with me; trying her best to resolve my issues with attention which made me feel very comfortable. She is polite, genuine, sincere, and informative. An amazing psychiatrist trusting, precise whose patient’s wellbeing and restoration are her highest priorities. She takes consistent efforts to stay updated and informed in her field. Dr. Paupst is practicing at the North York General Hospital and is also a lecturer at the University Of Toronto. She has a wonderful team who is dedicated with pleasant personality, excellent customer service, always willing to support you when it comes to re-scheduling appointments, deal with situations in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations, multitasking wherever it is necessary. I have no hesitation to recommend her for the excellent services at North York General and team hence look forward to go visit her transitorily. Shenaz Essa

Excellent Psychiatry who is compassionate, caring, listens to patients and takes consistent effort to stay updated and informed in her field. It is clearly an advocation rather than a job. Her patients share appreciation for a doctor who is kind, knowledgeable, whose patient's well being and restoration are her highest priorities. Her associates in front office are always smiling, friendly. Always keeping up the good work with excellent customer service.
